Delivering this website

The website is hosted on Cloudflare’s network. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including your IP address, the requested address, time of access and browser information, to deliver the page and protect the service. The hosting provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Its global network processes data internationally, including in the United States.

OMNENT has no application database for visitor data and does not enable Workers application logs. Cloudflare’s service and security data are subject to its own purpose-based retention criteria. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage for the two settings below. These values remain on your device and are not sent to OMNENT by the website.

Your privacy choice · required

omnent-consent records your selection, its date, expiry and notice version for 180 days. It lets the site respect your decision without asking again on every visit. When it expires, the site removes it on your next visit and asks again.

Your language · optional

omnent-language stores “en” or “de” only after you select “Remember my language”. It expires with your privacy choice. Declining or withdrawing permission removes it immediately. You can still switch languages without saving a preference.

Cloudflare can use essential security cookies when a security challenge is needed. These are used to protect delivery of the site, not for OMNENT advertising. Cloudflare’s security-cookie information.

Change your choice

Open Cookie settings at any time. Choose “Only necessary” to withdraw permission for language storage. Withdrawal applies to future use. You can also delete this website’s stored data in your browser. If storage is blocked, the site remains usable and may ask again on a later visit.

Contact and external links

The website has no contact form, checkout, embedded social feed or visitor-analysis service. Images, fonts and scripts are served with the site. No external font service is loaded in your browser. Following an external link opens the other provider’s website. An email link opens your email application; your message is only sent when you send it there.

Your rights

You can contact admin@human-nexus.ch to request access to, correction or deletion of personal data, or to raise a question or objection. Rights depend on the applicable law and the data concerned. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or another competent supervisory authority.
